The fix file
City infrastructure stays with the city. If your note lands in their court, we put it to them in writing and the clock runs until the city answers. Case numbers come from Denver's system. Quote one to 311 and they can pull it up. Each note below also has its own page, with the city's answer when it comes: all of them, in one list.

The one that matters is the third: the city says letting those households keep their original terms was discussed and rejected, and that no formal record documents that decision. Then on September 15 the permit office said it changed software in November 2022, no longer has the old system or its history, and cannot substantiate a 2018 permit denial the neighbor is holding on city letterhead.
