How to read this
A match shows the license, the holder, and time left, exactly as the city records them. The holder count covers every license under that exact name; the same landlord can appear under several spellings or companies, so it can read low.
No match is not proof of a violation. Owner-occupied homes need no long-term license, some properties are exempt, buildings sometimes hold one license under a main address, and the city updates its datasets on its own schedule.
