Anyone can walk in, paperwork or not.
Get help with
- Your trash bill
Denver takes half, three quarters, or all of the trash fee off if your income qualifies. Renters who pay the bill count too.
- Your Medicare plan for 2027
Open enrollment starts October 15. Go over next year’s options with a navigator before it closes December 7.
- Grocery money (SNAP)
Find out if you qualify and get the application started.
- Property tax, rent, and heat rebates
The state and the city both run programs that pay some of it back. A navigator can tell you which ones fit.
- Replacing a lost ID or card
Start the paperwork for whatever went missing.
Tell us you're coming
Walk-ins are welcome all morning. Signing up tells us how many navigators to have in the room, and what to have them ready for.
You get one email back with the address. Nothing else comes from signing up.
If you have them, bring
- Your Medicare card and a list of your prescriptions
- A photo ID
- Something that shows your income: a pay stub, a Social Security letter, a bank statement
- Your trash bill, or your lease if the bill isn't in your name
- A property tax or rent statement
Missing something? Come anyway.
Bring a neighbor who's been putting this off.
